David has marketed and sold luxury penthouses and condominiums, substantial estate and rural properties, infill residential developments, distinguished residences, and mega-mansions. No client, nor deal, is too big or too small. David is a trusted realtor advisor within the Courts of Canada, having successfully sold a number of litigious properties; he provides expert appraisal valuations on behalf of the chartered banks of Canada; and he was awarded the 2018 Scotiabank Hall of Fame for his contributions to mortgage originations and consistency.

Personal notes.
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, David holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and has worked in senior-level capacities within the music and entertainment, clothing, and retail industries. In his early twenties, David owned a music publishing company called Knowledge of Self, signed to MCA Publishing; today he remains a partner of a boutique music recording studio in Vaughan, Ontario.
David is a Father of three sons, his proudest achievement.
Beyond real estate, David is a partner in Wovey.ai — a software company — and Aevum Media Group, a content-creation company currently focused on documentaries and short films.
David has been involved with a number of charities including the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and West Park Healthcare Centre. His passions outside of work include automobili, self-improvement, tennis, and basketball.
